Causes of Car Radiator Water Often Hot

Causes of Car Radiator Water Often Hot

If we talk about car injectors, of course we will remember a component that functions to convert liquid fuel into fog and spray it into the combustion chamber.

Yes, the injector has an important role so that the fuel injected into the engine is already in the form of fog and fuel vapor. That way, the engine can achieve what is called "perfect combustion" so that engine power can be achieved to the maximum.

If the injector has a problem, the engine will also experience some problems making it uncomfortable to use such as brebet, limping, lack of power, unstable rpm when idling, and others. In this case, injector cleaning is generally one of the repair options that will appear to deal with these problems.

From what ombro already knows, there are at least 3 ways to clean car injectors, from the easiest without disassembling the injectors to having to remove the injectors from the engine when cleaning is done.

Below are 3 ways to clean car injectors that are commonly done in car repair shops...

1.MIXING THE CLEANING LIQUID INTO THE FUEL TANK

MIXING THE CLEANING LIQUID INTO THE FUEL TANK

The first and most common way to clean car injectors is to mix injector cleaning fluid into the fuel tank. This method is very easy because we do not need to disassemble the injector which does require mechanical skills, accuracy, and caution.

Simply by mixing the injector cleaning fluid in a certain ratio into the fuel tank, the cleaning fluid will dissolve into the fuel.

Together with the fuel, the cleaning fluid will flow into the injector to clean the inside of the injector. At the same time, the car can be used and driven for daily purposes.

Although this method is considered the easiest, this method has a less than optimal cleaning effect for the injector. This is because the cleaning fluid has been contaminated with dirt from the fuel tank, fuel filter, to the fuel pipe and hose leading to the injector.

The effect, of course, will not be as great as how to clean the injector in which the injector is unloaded from the engine. In addition, the dirt that is in the injector and fuel, will eventually "stuck" in the combustion chamber so that it has the potential to become a deposit that causes the car engine to tickle.

2. USING A SPECIAL INJECTOR CLEANING TOOL

USING A SPECIAL INJECTOR CLEANING TOOL

The second way to clean car injectors is to use a special injector cleaning tool. This special tool is generally only owned by car repair shops that have middle and upper grades such as official workshops in big cities or general workshops that specifically deal with car injector problems.

Cleaning the injectors using a special injector cleaning tool requires the injectors to be dismantled and removed from the engine. After the injector is removed from the machine, the injector will be immersed in a special cleaning liquid in a container that will vibrate with ultrasonic vibrations.

This ultrasonic vibration will make the cleaning fluid easier to knock out dirt in the injector. After being soaked and vibrated, then the injectors will be installed in glass tubes so that the results of spraying and fogging can be assessed based on the volume of fuel compared to the injection time carried out by the tool.

If the result is good, then the injector is ready to be put back into the machine, if the result is still not enough, then the injector will be soaked again and cleaned again.

For the result, how to clean the car injector in this way is the best of the other two ways. The injectors can be cleaner and the accuracy of the injection volume can be measured correctly, but this kind of injector cleaning tool is quite expensive so the cost of cleaning the injectors will also be expensive.

3. SPRAY THE CLEANING LIQUID DIRECTLY INTO THE INJECTOR

The most common way to clean car injectors is to spray cleaning fluid (injector cleaner) directly into the injector holes. This method also requires that the injector be completely removed from the engine so that it requires skilled mechanics and understanding how to open the injector properly.

Basically, this method is similar to how to use an injector cleaning tool, but the process is manual and generally does not go through the process of soaking it in the cleaning liquid first.

The injector that has been removed from the engine will be attached with a cable. This cable will later be connected to the car battery to activate the injector to open or close.

In the injector section where the fuel enters, an injector cleaner spray is installed. So when the injector is activated, this spray is activated so that the cleaning fluid will flow and clean the inside of the injector.

The cleaning process is considered complete if the spray that comes out of the injector is in the form of a mist spray and flows smoothly (not clogged or the spray shrinks).

For the results, this method can be the same as using an injector cleaning tool, but the risk of the injector being damaged due to being in the ON position for too long also needs to be considered considering the price of the injector is quite expensive.
